    package for QuickTime Streaming Server 5 

    Changes: changed package name to DarwinStreamingServer.pkg
             change Installation check to check for DarwinStreamingServer.pkg
             change readme to describe an install of Darwin Streaming Server.

*   Changes: reverting file organization back to 10.1 installer file names and organization.
             this installer supports OS X 10.1 and later so many changes to support
             the old 10.1 installer package format. Initial check was a copy of the
             10.2 installer package format.
             + add check for QuickTimeStreamingServer and DarwinStreamingServer versions.
