Here is the todo list as it now stands.

1) Incorporate sectar fully into the standard GNU tar.

2) Need to fully understand the best way for sectar to be used in order to
optimize its functionality.

3) Incorporate crypto++ into sectar in order to facilitate the flexability
of various encryption algorithms, and uses.
