1. Add a proper man page.
2. Combine dial with a utility that is doing a data-base lookup
   and supplu it the number to dial (including any prefixes,
   addition/removal of area code or country code).
3. Add a "ramp" option to slowly ramp up/down the volume and
   prevent "clicks" at the begining/end of a tone.
