Unzip all the zip files 
within the FESTIVAL root directory
keeping the given directory structure.

For the MBROLA voices you need to download
MBROLA binaries and MBROLA voices IT3 or IT4
from MBROLA
Use the FESTIVAL command (voice_.......)
to activate one of the available Italian voices.
e.g.: (voice_pc_mbrola)
	activates the male Italian Mbrola voice!
