    ac_pkg_swig.m4 from the autoconf macro archive, since the macro is no
    longer included in the swig distribution
    * autogen.sh: added. downloads swig and python macro files from autoconf
    macro archive and configures cvs source for build
    * taglib.i: fix to work with swig-1.3.24. was only missing %include
    wchar.i
