SUPPORTED PLATFORMS =================== (i.e.: I've heard someone has compiled it on...) - intel/FreeBSD (as this is the development platform) - intel/Linux (Debian / Alpha) REQUIREMENTS: ============= The following software is required to use WSoundPrefs - WindowMaker 0.60.x (and up) with WMSound-support - WSoundServer 0.1.0 (and up) INSTALLATION: ============= 1: xmkmf -a 2: make 3: make install NOTE: No more editing of the Imakefiles ... Unless you want to change the installation prefix. Default Installation Prefix will put the application in the following place: /usr/GNUstep/Local/Apps/WSoundPrefs.app/ RUNNING: ======== Installing the application will create a ${PREFIX}/GNUstep/Apps/WSoundPrefs.app directory. To start this application it is needed to provide it's FULL PATH. Just like with WPrefs. e.g: /usr/X11R6/GNUstep/Apps/WSoundPrefs.app/WSoundPrefs When docking the application to either the dock or the clip please set it's icon to the following pixmap (you can use the .xpm version as well) : $(PREFIX)/GNUstep/Apps/WSoundPrefs.app/WSoundPrefs.tiff This way the application will perform the exact same "lighting" effect when activated as WPrefs does.
