This package of Gmsh has been built with Triangle, then
distribution of this code as part of a commercial system
is permissible only by direct arrangement with the Triangle's author.

The FreeBSD project has been granted redistribution rights
but anyone attempting to redistribute Gmsh with Tetgen
for strict commercial purposes must still contact the author
(Hang Si) and license the code.
