0.4 Update - Add password settings

Looks like there was a problem updating the settings table. Check your settings. The error was: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)

If this little lot has worked (meaning the box(es) above are green), then everything is updated and TaskStep is ready to use! If there are any problems, then check the help section.

If you've encountered a problem with the install, don't panic. If you want, ask at the support forums, and we'll try to help. Please give the details of any problems, quoting the bits above. If there are any bits in bold in the red boxes then you must quote them in order for us to help you.
