Version 0.1

This is my libiberty clone.  I have written this in order to have a freely
redistributable clone of libiberty.  The work is targetted at being
compatible with the version of egcs in FreeBSD 4.0.  But it falls far
short.

Quickly, this is how it works:  I took libiberty out of egcs and built it.
I took all those files that needed built (and hence, were functions not
provided on FreeBSD 4.0) and rolled my own build environment based on
those files and bsd.lib.mk.  About half those sources files contained a
comment at the head saying it was in the public domain, so I removed all
those that were not in the public domain.  Now, I replaced a lot of the
ones that were GPL'd.  I stole some from NetBSD.  I also wrote some new 
code.  I have not replaced all of them, just the ones I needed.  I hope
to finish the job at some point but not today.
