This version of freescope has been ported on new platforms such as Microsoft
Windows and Linux PowerPC.
No new features as such.
The configure script detects if "ed" is found on the system. If not, the 
"Changing text" query is disabled.

This version has many new faetures and bug fixes. See the change log file
for more details.
The main new features are:

- New queries: "change text", "find functions calling this function".
- New CLI mode. Integration with vim and other applications.
- New -Z option for debugging database.
- Use "cscope.files" as input file if freescope.files is not found.
