This directory contains HBCICard which allows manipulating data on a HBCI
card.

HBCI is a German homebanking protocol (there is an open HBCI library at
http://www.openhbci.de).

LibChipCard supports so called "DDV Type 0" and "DDV Type 1" cards.
Some institutes use RSA cards which are not supported by this library.

Some banks ship their cards without preconfiguring them (which means storing
a  user id on it). This tool allows to do that afterwards.
