  After installing Jungle Monkey, run 'jm' to start it (or launch it
  from the Gnome menu if you compiled it with Gnome support). You
  should see a channel called "Monkey Central". Hopefully, channel
  announcements will appear in Monkey Central. Right-click to make a
  popup menu appear with a list of options. Right-click on "Monkey
  Central" and select "Create Channel". You will be asked to give the
  channel a name. Once you've created your channel, drop-and-drag
  some files into it.
</para>

<para>
  You can join other channels by double-clicking them. Try this with
  some channel advertised in Monkey Central.
</para>

<para>
  Note that to have your channels announced, you must create them in
  a channel (by right-clicking the channel and selecting "Create
  Channel"). Root-channels, created by selecting "Create Root
  Channel", do not get advertised on Monkey Central (though you can
  send the URL to your friends).
