This distro creation script is for NSIS SuperPiMP, a freeware installer by the guys
who made winamp.  It works beautifully and is very powerful.

1. Go to http://www.nullsoft.com/free/nsis/
2. You want that nsis196.exe file.  Download it and install it.
3. Edit the planeshift.nsi file and search and replace my full pathnames with yours.
   (There is probably a way to make this a variable at the top of the script, but
    I have not yet tried to figure that out.)
4. Edit the bat file so that it points at your nsis installation dir.
5. Run "makensis planeshift.nsi"

You will get an exe file (large) in the same directory.  You are done.
