bind key "ut_radio # #"
ex. bind x "ut_radio 1 4" radio will say "Area Secured"
List thx to BBQ, online thx to VenDetta

Also: text can be bound to radios now,
ex. bind x ut_radio 3 3 I need a medic @ $location cuz I'm $health."
bind will play radio "Medic!" and say "I need a medic @ Stairs cuz I'm near death."

9. Here. (Medics may use this one MANUALLY when asked where they are. However, if the autoflash medic arrows is used, they won’t even have to worry about it, if you ask where medics are, look at your minimap right after)
