Brief Linux TORCS Installation Instructions ------------------------------------------- There are several ways to install TORCS: - From all in one tarball. - From modular packages. - From CVS (just for developers!). Pick just one of the above options. If you have trouble during the installation have a look into the detailed installation instructions on www.torcs.org and www.berniw.org. If that does not help you can find solutions to common problems in the FAQ on the above sites. In case you get stuck learn how to report the problem in the FAQ before you file a bug or contact us. Have fun, The TORCS Team. If you want to get it anyway follow the instructions at http://sf.net/cvs/?group_id=3777 (the module name is "torcs"). Additionaly to the "./configure && make && make install" you have to use the make datainstall to copy the data from the source tree to the runtime directories.
