2.20: new since 2.01
- Converted the build-mechanism to GNU autoconf
- Added some error checking.
- The program should now not exit or crash without unlocking the hiscore
  files.
- You can now use display names to -m1 and -m2.
- some minor fixes

2.21:
- Install manpage in right directory
- Install empty logfile, to ensure the premissions gets right.
- #define cuserid and usleep, handle the case when prototypes are defined,
  but the functions is not in libc.
- Install datafiles non-executable.
- Added file RUNNING. this should go into the manpage or something.
