MenuButton implements pulldown menus. \fBEZ_SetMenuButtonMenu\fR
associates \fImenu\fR with \fImbutton\fR. Whenever a Button1 press
occurs on \fImbutton\fR, the associated menu \fImenu\fR will be
posted.
