Release of 0.2
	I guess this is it for 0.1.x, the next release should be 0.2.0
	if this one has no serious bugs.
	
	I may start porting across to gdk-pixbuf soon, once I work out how
	to use it. Or I may remain with Imlib. Comments?

Drag-N-Drop
	gView now supports DND on the viewer and slide list windows.
	If you drop	onto the viewer and send a proper text/uri-list
	will load the first file. Dropping a uri-list onto the slide
	list will add the files to the slideshow. Also a valid source.

Release of 0.2
	We appear to be heading closer to the magical 0.2.0, most
	of what I wanted to do has been done and the rest is about
	to happen.

	I18N support has been added, as well as preview and working
	slideshow code.

	Any other features you would like to see added?

Viewer and background setting
	This release now allows the user to dynamically resize 
	the window and drag the image larger. Reducing an image
	to below the original size bounces back to the original
	size.

	It also allows the user to set the current image as the
	background of the window, either Centered, Tiled or Scaled.

Registry
	This release includes support for using the SG Registry
	to store defaults. This registry is part of the SG Config
	project which aims to build a complete control panel for
	Linux. No public release is out yet, so the code is just
	there as a #ifdef.
