Oh my, where shall I start?

* Text frames are not always updated properly.

* The fake transparency may not be completely reliable on all systems,
but it can be turned off by setting FakeTransparency to false in
"/.pptout (maybe this doesn't matter so much now that ghostscript can
give us true transparancy and antialiasing).

* If you have more than one view of a document and you create a new
page, all views may not be updated.
