Member Flag: ack

If a subscriber sets this flag for herself/himself, listmanager will send
mail back to that subscriber whenever she/he sends a submission to
the list indicating that the submission was received and is being
distributed.  This is particularly useful on large lists which take a long
time to get mail out to everyone.
