Commands: add

  Format: 1. add <list> <user> [fullname]
          2. add <user> [fullname]

Adds a user to a list.  The list must already exist.

In the first form, <user> is added to <list>; if <fullname> is specified,
it is also recorded as the full name of the subscriber.  This format may not
be used if the list requires a password for owners.  This format is also
not available via the command line interface.

In the second form, <user> is added to the currently selected list.
If <fullname> is specified, it is also recorded as the full name of the
subscriber.

The address checking selected by the "addrcheck" parameter applies if this
command is sent via the mail interface, but not from the command line.

The list files are not updated if this command is issued at the command line
interface when "fast" mode is enabled, until the "update" command is
explicitly issued.

This command is only available to list owners.
