Commands: archaccess

  Format: archaccess <access>

Defines the class of users that can access the archives of the currently
selected list using the "sendarchive" command.  <access> is one of:

	acl		anyone approved by the ACL can retrieve archives
	members		anyone subscribed to the list can retrieve archives
	owners		anyone subscribed to the list with the "owner"
			member flag can retrieve archives
	public		any user can retrieve archives

This command is only available to list owners.
