List Flag: dig-from-rqt

Causes digests to appear to come from the list request address rather than the
list address.  For example, if a list is called "hookup-talk", digests will
appear to come from "hookup-talk@hookup.net" if this flag is not set, or from
"hookup-talk-request@hookup.net" if this flag is set.
If this flag is not set, a format compliant with RFC1153 is used.
