Commands: enable

  Format: enable

Resumes all remote listmanager activity where it had been previously shut
down using the "disable" command.

This command is only available from the shell, i.e. you must be able to log
in to the machine which hosts mailing lists and access the "listmanager"
program from the command line.

listmanager will warn command line users that it is disabled at startup time,
as a reminder to not leave listmanager disabled unless necessary.
