Member Flags: exclusive

Subscribers with this flag set will be skipped when the effects of
an "include" are applied to a list.  This means that the subscription
record applies exclusively to the list that contains it.

For example, let's say we have two lists, "foo" and "bar".  You are
a subscriber of "bar".  The owner of "foo" decides to include all of
the subscribers of "bar" in his list using the "include" command, and thus
you are now also implicitly subscribed to both lists.  However, you don't
want to be.  Setting this flag will override the effects of the "include"
command with respect to you.
