List Flag: merge

Enables use of the "merge" and "unmerge" commands, and arranges that "merge"
is done automatically during list maintenance.

This causes listmanager to make implicit subscribers into explicit ones.
This means people on a list by virtue of a "pipe" or "include" can set
member options and so forth as if they were standard subscribers.

Commands: merge

  Format: merge

This command performs two tasks:

(1) adds to the currently selected list all entries implied by any "pipe"
    or "include" requests on the list; and
(2) removes from the currently selected list all previously merged entries
    which no longer implied by any "pipe" or "include" on the list.

This makes it possible for subscribers added or removed indirectly
(by changes to the output of the pipe or the subscribers of an included
list) to enjoy all the features of being a member without actually
subscribing permanently.

You must be a list owner to use this command, and the list flag "merge"
must be set for the selected list.
