List Flag: mime-digests

Causes the digests generated by listmanager for the selected list to be
comprised of a multipart MIME message.  The parts will be:

	- a text/plain part containing summary information and any defined
	  digest header
	- a message/rfc822 part for each message in the digest
	- a text/plain part containing the digest footer if one was defined

If this flag is not set, a format compliant with RFC1153 is used.
