  Format: newaliases

Rebuilds the aliases table by copying the old one and rewriting the listmanager
section of it (delimited at the top and bottom by "#%" at the start of the
line).  This makes lists created since the last "newaliases" command
active, and removes lists deleted since then inactive.

Executing this command causes the currently-selected list (if any) to be
closed and deselected.

This command is only available from the shell, i.e. you must be able to log
in to the machine which hosts mailing lists and access the "listmanager"
program from the command line.
