Command: no

  Format: no <file> [<number>]
          <line-1>
          <line-2>
          <...>
          .

Deletes of one of several special-purpose list files.

If the "number" parameter is present, it specifies which instance of a
rotating set of files should be removed.  When a numbered file is deleted,
all files after it in numeric order are renumbered down one to fill the gap.

and which may be multiply defined.

This command is only available to list owners.
