Member Flag: noerrormail

If a subscriber sets this flag for herself/himself, and the subscriber
is a list owner, listmanager will omit that subscriber from the list
of subscribers who get reports about delivery errors from the mail
system when attempting to distribute list items to subscribers.

WARNING: If all list owners set this flag, it is ignored and all owners
get error mail.
