Member Flag: noownermail

If a subscriber sets this flag for herself/himself, and the subscriber
is a list owner, listmanager will omit that subscriber from the list
of subscribers who get mail addressed to "<list>-request", which is
the de facto standard address to which people send requests regarding
subscriptions to the list or other administrative issues regarding the
operation of the list.

WARNING: If all list owners set this flag, it is ignored and all owners
get owner mail.
