List Flag: sort-digest

Causes listmanager to sort the digest contents first by subject and then
by date/time of arrival.

Normally, listmanager will produce a digest that contains all submissions
it has received in the order in which they were received.  With this
flag activated, the submissions in the digest are first sorted by their
Subject: line (with mnemonics and all instances of preceeding "Re:"
removed) and then by date/time of arrival.  This causes submissions covering
a common topic to be grouped together for the convenience of the reader.
