In the first format, a list of the files available in the selected list's
storage space is returned.  Each file, along with its size and access
permissions are reported.

Access permissions are expressed using three letters, "o" (for owners),
"m" (for members), and "p" (for public).  If access to a file is permitted
for a given type of user, the letter appears in square brackets after the
filename; otherwise, a hyphen ("-") appears indicating that access is not
permitted.  Access permissions are modified using the "saccess" command.

In the second format, the storage quota on the selected list is updated.
The format of the <size> parameter is variable.  You can specify it as a
number of bytes, or use a size expression such as "nnnu" where "nnn" is a
number and "u" is either "k" (signifying kilobytes) or "m" (signifying
megabytes).  For example, "1024" is 1024 bytes, but so is "1k".  A value
of 0 implies unlimited storage.

The second format of this command is only available from the shell, i.e.
you must be able to log in to the machine which hosts mailing lists and
access the "listmanager" program from the command line.
