Installation of "pflogstats"

Note:

You can install pflogstats elsewhere, but the major trap are the finding of the modules.
Currently built-in search paths for the modules:
 /path/to/your/perl/installation/modules
 .
 /usr/local/lib/pflogstats
 /usr/lib/pflogstats


Installation for test purposes:
-------------------------------
- Extract tarball and start program from this directory
   e.g.   ./pflogstats.pl


Installation for productive purposes:
-------------------------------------
e.g.
# mkdir /usr/local/lib/pflogstats
# cp *.pm /usr/local/lib/pflogstats
# cp *.pl /usr/local/bin
