.SH DESCRIPTION
.B relay-ctrl-send
sends the client's IP address to a set of relay-ctrl servers
specified by
.I $RELAY_CTRL_REMOTES
on UDP port
.I $RELAY_CTRL_PORT
(defaults to 811) after performing the same authentication checks as
.B relay-ctrl-allow .
Transmission is handled in the background while
.B program
is executed.
It attempts the transmission up to
.I $RELAY_CTRL_TRIES
times (defaults to 5), and waits
.I $RELAY_CTRL_TIMEOUT
seconds (defaults to 1) each time for a response from the servers.
