#2 Handle [more] recipient lists..

#3 syslog doesn't provide the year - SMA uses the runtime year.
   This may cause some problems with log files containing new
   year transitions. SMA should check these situations.

#4 DSN (delivery status notifications) are still a problem - SMA
   has no way to know how many recipients there are in addition to
   notification recipient. In some error situations, sendmail sends
   the error notification also to postmaster and that may be an alias
   expansion...
