This patch will add support for the LAST command, as specified in RFC1460. It
was removed from the POP3 protocol specification in November of 1996, when
RFC1725 was release. There were several reasons to remove it, and they are
still all good. I strongly urge every prospective POP3-client author to NOT
use this command just because Teapop, and possibly other POP3-servers, will
respond with a positive string. It will most likely NOT do want you want.
Use the UIDL command instead.

Unfortunately, life is not always easy for a server administrator. Sometime
you need to support a legacy software that was written back when it was still
legal to shoot a man in a duel. This is where this patch comes in. It provides
a pseudo support for the LAST command. It's pseudo because the information
will not be saved to the next session. Instead it will always start from zero
when a client connects. This is one of the problems with the LAST command.

This is the actual implementation in v0.3.0, but the patch will work against
v0.28 and is therefore distributed like this too. There will be a five lines
offset fuzz, but it should not cause any trouble.
