plgdev: Get the current device (keyword) name 

DESCRIPTION:

    Get the current device (keyword) name.  Note: you
    must have allocated
    space for this (80 characters is safe). 

SYNOPSIS:

plgdev(p_dev)

ARGUMENTS:

    p_dev (char *, output) :    Pointer to device (keyword) name string.
