To install dumpmpeg, you need the SMPEG and SDL libraries
installed. Currently you need the latest CVS versions of both.

Check http://www.libsdl.org/ and http://cvs.lokigames.org/ for more
information on how to retrieve them. The normal smpeg homepage is
http://www.lokigames.com/development/smpeg.php3 but the release
version is too old.

Compilation steps:

	1) Run ./configure
	2) Run make
	3) Run make install
