* Support for the new protocol.
* Builtin scrobbling (part of the new protocol).
* Replaced libreadline and libncurses with an own readline function.
* Better tab completion for radio URLs, tags etc.
* Made more functions available over the network interface.
* Many HTTP requests are now cached for being more speedy.
* Love and bans are now done via XMLRPC, not the old web interface.
* Added support for recommendations.
* Cleaned up code.
