Set active id to NULL when logging out.
If we logged out of yahoo and then logged in again, without restarting
ayttm/reloading the module, then the yahoo connection would close if we
tried to send a message.  This happened because the active id contained
junk after the logout, and the server thought we were trying to forge
someone else's id, or something like that.
