Adding soundex and phonix matching to freeWAIS.

Purpose: 
        indexing phone books with names (and phone numbers) on each line of a
        document. May easily extended to other document formats.


To index use 'waisindex -t oneline_phonix ...' or 'waisindex -t
oneline_soundex ...'.

For retrieval write 'soundex <term>' or 'phonix <term>' to find the matching
entries with any client.
