This factory can be used by L<ResourcePool|ResourcePool> to create L<SOAP::Lite|SOAP::Lite> objects which use the specified proxy for SOAP RPC invocations.

This resource binding is thought to be used for the L<ResourcePool::Command::SOAP::Lite::Call|ResourcePool::Command::SOAP::Lite::Call> command. Please have a look at the L<ResourcePool::Command::SOAP::Lite::Call|ResourcePool::Command::SOAP::Lite::Call> documentation for an example.
