	Added a patch from Matt MacMahon adastra@mickey.jsc.nasa.gov to
	make it run at a particular priority. 

	Fixed a bug that makes it not work with statically linked
	programs.

	Added an option to not ask for the version information.

	Finally have the reporting working pretty well.
	Also fixed the bug that caused a hang on short running programs.

	Automake'd and autoconf'd the fuzz program.
