- uudecode text mode will confuse the autoencryption feature since it scans
   for ; in the code to verify it's not been encrypted yet.
   Therefor avoid using uudecode.
   
- TEXT HANDLERS ARE OBSOLETE - 
uudecode bug died with the text handlers.
