       ffiiffoo  prints everything fed to the named pipe _f_i_l_e.  It holds _f_i_l_e open
       for writing so that other programs can repeatedly open and close  _f_i_l_e.

       ffiiffoo creates _f_i_l_e if _f_i_l_e does not exist.

       ffiiffoo normally runs forever.
