2000/7/14	Added Theo Schlossnagle's wonderful spreadlogd to the dist
		as a replacement to log_writer.
2000/10/14	Added vhost support.  Fixed potential hang.
2000/10/17	Fixed the following bugs in the vhost support:
		-Request Host: header is now force lower-cased for hashing
		 and log tagging.
		-$#vhost hashing group assignment bug fixed.
2000/10/18	vhost logging additions to spreadlogd have been added to
		complemnt the $#vhost functionality.  Spreadlogd will now
		listen to a hash consoildation group and correctly filter
		hosts into their own files.  INSTALL updated to reflect
		new logging options. 
2000/11/02	Spreadlogd once again compiles on non-linux platforms.  A
		symbol conflict between mod_log_spread and mod_php whihc 
		broke $#vhost logging was fixed.
