        Changed Graph size on a couple to accomodate more data (might be
        worth standardising on a bigger graph for all of them)
        
        Added Axis labels to all the charts
        
        Added Show all queues function where appropriate to
        CallsMultiQueue and OpenStalled
        
        Changed Graph settings for Resolution so that it displays in
        days as per the table above it. It can now more easily be
        customised to work in minutes, hours or days.
        
        Added view stalled tickets option in CallsMultiQueue (this one
        will need checking, not sure my logic is 100% correct for every
        possibility but it seems to work on our test machine).
        
        Standardised the coding style as I went along throughout the
        package to remove some obsolete code lines and simplify
        updating.

       Extensive structural changes, many things are now
       controlled by variables in  local/lib/Statistics.pm

       Applied Autrijus' patches for i18n and some fixes. Unfortunately, I
       can't say if everything applied correctly, since I am not using version
       control right now. I plan to fix that soon.
