What you see on the right hand side is a preview of the block thingee
labeled "[% block.title | strip_literal %]".  If you select it from the
<A HREF="[% constants.rootdir %]/users.pl?op=edithome">Preferences Page</A>,
you will have that little block added to the right hand side of your
<A HREF="[% constants.rootdir %]/index.pl">Custom [% constants.sitename %]</A> page.
Exciting?  Not really, but its a great way to waste time.
