  INSTALLATION

  1. Make sure you have Perl Version 5.003 or 5.004 already
     installed on your system.

  2. Configure the package and create the script:

     $ ./configure --prefix=/usr/local
     $ make

  3. Install the binary and manual page:

     $ make install
